There is no such thing as having too much confidence.
How we view ourselves can define our self esteem. We all grow up with negative labels. Sometimes they have been placed on us by a parent, a teacher, an employer, or they might even be self-inflicted.
For example, if someone important in your life has repeatedly told you that you are clumsy, clumsiness can become your reality.
All too often, many we focus on negative comments from others. This could be from a lack of self-esteem, or simply because people tend to be too critical of themselves. A woman, for example, might receive endless complements regarding her looks, yet focuses on the one or two negatives. A simple statement like, "That dress is a little too tight," could evolve (in her mind) into, "I'm too fat," or "I look terrible," or "Everyone must think I'm ugly."
Nobody enjoys being judged by others, but in most cases - unless the person is a public figure or is being interviewed - that judgement is simply not taking place.
Hypnosis can be used as an effective tool to remove the negative labels from your subconscious, and to replace them with more positive ones. Your subconscious mind can be accessed to tap into your more positive characteristics and to help unleash your true potential.
